What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is about having one to one support to set goals, take decisions and introduce positive changes into your life. This might be in the area of health, finance, relationships, career or the home.
How does life Coaching differ from Counselling?
Counselling and life coaching have some similarities but are not the same. Counselling deals mainly with emotional distress where as life coaching is focused on goal setting and moving from where you are now to where you want to be.
In many cases, emotions may still need to be released and negative thinking worked on but life coaching is about making decisions and taking action.
How many sessions will I need?
Each person is an individual and their need will differ so on average most people will aim for between two and six sessions.
